Include the links

An episode mentions people, resources, and the guest's own work. Gathering those links into the show notes serves the listener and gives the guest a reason to share, since it points back to them.

Producing show notes is far easier when you begin from the prep and links you already assembled for the interview. A dossier of the guest and their work is most of a show note already, which turns dread into a quick task.
