Frequently asked questions
Should I count pitches that never got a reply?
Yes. The time you spent writing them is real, and it is part of what each confirmed guest costs. That is why the input asks for pitches per booked guest rather than replies.
What hourly rate should I use if I do the booking myself?
Use the rate you would pay someone to do it for you, or the rate you could earn doing something else with that hour. Either one gives you a realistic number to compare against a tool or an assistant.
Does this include the cost of the recording itself?
No. It stops at the point where the guest is confirmed and prepped. Recording, editing and publishing costs are separate and depend on your production setup.
